Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Dhruvon Technology terms & conditions. The goal of Dhruvon Technology is to make coding simple and exciting. Dhruvon Technology launched a unique platform composed of young and old coders alike to help the new generation learn how to code. Our sources can be accessed by anyone from any background – students, housewives and even professional programmers. Our website, WhatsApp groups, Facebook groups, social media presence, and platforms like Facebook Instagram are all subject to some terms and conditions.

It is presumed that all users who use our website or services have agreed to our terms and conditions. These terms and conditions outline the parameters under which you can use and access the services we offer.

In addition to this document the term consists of:

  • The policy of privacy
  • The policy of intellectual property
  • The terms that are related to placements
  • Credit related policy
  • Dhruvon Technology will implement additional terms and conditions for specific services used by you. We would like you to go through other agreements while buying particular services.

Our company will terminate or suspend your account if we find any of your activities breach the terms set by us (it includes any future amendment and modification to the already laid terms). We are assuming that you know we can modify the terms with time to time and the notification or alert for such amendments.

Traditionally, intellectual property rights are split into two categories:

1. Copyright and rights associated with copyright; and

2. Rights connected to copyright.

Copyright protects the rights of creators of literary and artistic works (such as books and other publications, musical compositions, paintings, sculptures, computer programmes, and films) for at least 50 years after their death.

Copyright and allied (sometimes referred to as "neighboring") rights protect artists (e.g. actors, singers, and musicians), makers of phonograms (sound recordings), and broadcasting organizations. The primary social goal of copyright and related rights protection is to stimulate and reward innovative labor.

Without our express prior written consent, no part of the Site or Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, or distributed in any way (including "mirroring") to any other computer, server, Website, or other medium for publication or distribution, or for any commercial enterprise.

You may use information about our products and services (such as data sheets, knowledge base articles, and similar materials) that we have made available for download from the Site, provided that you:

(1) In all copies of such publications, do not remove any proprietary notice language.

(2) Use such information only for your personal, non-commercial informational purposes and do not copy or post it on any networked computer or broadcast it in any media, and

(3) Do not remove any proprietary notice language in all copies of such documents

Note: Read the Terms & Conditions carefully before you sign up for a course with us because it contains legal rights you as a user possess, the solutions, and rights. This document includes all the clauses required to deal with a dispute, glitch, etc.

Accounts

You can use our platform after creating an account for which you need to attain an age of majority and competence. When you sign the document of Terms & Conditions, you confirm to have attained the age of maturity. In case you are below the age of majority, we have a provision which allows you to take help from your parent, guardian or legal representative. They can create an account for you to enroll in the required course and pay for the same.

Once you have created an account, you shall use it for the purpose of learning the enrolled course or to buy any other service from our platform under the terms and conditions that are applicable.

The user has to undertake the responsibility to provide us with the correct, genuine, accurate, and reliable information that includes:

  1. Name of the user;
  2. Email address of the user;
  3. Phone number of the user (if needed)
  4. Date of birth (if needed)

We take utmost care and precautions while maintaining the information of our users. However, we would want you to follow the same and restrict yourself from sharing any data, account information, etc to third parties. We do not hold ourselves responsible or accountable if the third party (with whom you have shared your data) infringes any of your rights.

Similarly, we would want our users to not share the course details with others. Breaching this rule will terminate their account or lead to the account suspension.

Please read this agreement with great care as it contains all the necessary information regarding our obligations that are legal in nature, legal remedies and legal rights; these comprise various kinds of exclusions and limitations and a dispute resolution clause that governs the settling of disputes and their resolvement.

Competency

A set of demonstrated qualities and talents that permit and improve the efficiency of job performance is referred to as competency. Although they are similar, competency is not the same as skills. Competencies are inborn traits that an individual possesses – cooperation skills, knowledge, and ability. Competencies are used as benchmarks for assessors to evaluate candidates during job interviews and evaluations.

One of the most challenging obstacles a firm may have in the recruitment process is determining employee skills in the first place; it can be difficult to put into words what employees need to be successful. Competencies are usually divided into three groups.

In addition, depending on the Services you use, we may ask for other information from time to time. More information such as your residence, financial data, and educational credentials.

Please do not give out your account credentials or personal information to anybody else.

You must not share your credentials with anyone.

Sharing a password that you use frequently raises your risk of becoming a victim of identity theft. The use of the same password for many accounts is known as password repetition. Any losses you incur as a result of an unauthorized disclosure or access to your Account will be paid by you.

Unauthorized Disclosure Types

Unauthorized disclosure of classified information is a sort of security incident that, depending on the severity of the incident, can be categorized as an infraction or a violation. Unauthorized disclosure of classified data can occur in a number of ways. It can be mistakenly or purposely released as a result of leaks, spills, espionage, or failure to follow adequate protection measures.

You are not permitted to transfer your account to another person, and a third party is not permitted to access your account without our consent. If we become aware of any such permitted access or usage, we may terminate, suspend, or cancel your account.

If you feel someone else is using your Account (or if you suspect any other security breach), please inform our support staff at contact@dhruvon.com as soon as possible.

You can cancel your account at any moment by writing to us at contact@dhruvon.com. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information on what happens when you close your Account.
