Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

We, at Dhruvon Technology, want you to be happy with your purchase. If the user initiates a cancellation with valid grounds within 7 days of successful payment, 50% of the paid amount will be reimbursed to them. If you are unhappy with a course for any reason, you may request a refund as long as your request follows the conditions in our refund policy.

NOTE: After the refund window has passed, we will not process refund claims.

Reasons for refund denials

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in circumstances where we suspect refund misuse, such as but not limited to:

The user has consumed or downloaded a significant portion of the course before requesting a refund.
Users whose accounts have been reported, banned, or course access has been disabled due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions.

To the degree permitted by law, these refund conditions will be applied.
